1 Gousse d\u2019ail<\/p>

70 ml Cr\u00e8me<\/p>

20 ml Vin blanc sec<\/p>

1 \u0152uf (une moiti\u00e9 pour masse, l\u2019autre pour la dorure)<\/p>

20 g Farine<\/p>

Herbes de montagne<\/p>

Sel, poivre<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. R\u00e9aliser la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e : Dissoudre un peu de sel dans l\u2019eau. M\u00e9langer le beurre coup\u00e9 en cube avec la farine et y ajouter l\u2019eau pour former une boule de p\u00e2te. Filmer puis laisser reposer au
frigo pendant environ 1 heure.<\/p>

2. R\u00e9aliser la farce : M\u00e9langer le rebibe et l\u2019Etivaz AOP avec la gousse d\u2019ail hach\u00e9e, la cr\u00e8me, les herbes de montagne, l\u2019\u0153uf et ajouter du vin blanc
selon son go\u00fbt\u2026
Attention\u00a0<\/strong>la masse ne doit pas \u00eatre liquide.<\/p>

3.\u00a0Abaisser la p\u00e2te \u00e0 environ 2mm puis d\u00e9tailler des ronds \u00e0 l\u2019emporte-pi\u00e8ce d\u2019un diam\u00e8tre de 13 cm.<\/p>

4. Disposer 1 boule de farce au centre des ronds de p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e, \u00e9taler de l\u2019\u0153uf au pinceau sur l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te. Plier la p\u00e2te en deux pour former une demi-lune et la badigeonner de jaune d\u2019\u0153uf au pinceau.<\/p>

5. Cuire au four \u00e0 200\u00b0 C pendant environ 10 min.
