At the Maison de L\u2019Etivaz, depending on the season, you will be able to taste 3 to 4 maturing cheeses of L\u2019Etivaz AOP, delivered directly from the maturing cellars located next door.\nIn addition to a creamy fondue blend, typical of 100% L\u2019Etivaz PDO, you will also find different variations of grated cheese, rebibe, cubes, crispy flutes, etc..\nIt is also the meeting of many regional specialities, mainly from the Pays-d\u2019Enhaut. Herbal teas, cheeses, saucissons, and pastries: there\u2019s something for everyone!\nAfter your visit, if you wish to take a small souvenir with you, you will find various articles in the store, including clothes with the effigy of L\u2019Etivaz AOP.
En plus d\u2019un m\u00e9lange fondue onctueux et typ\u00e9 100% L\u2019Etivaz AOP, vous trouverez aussi diff\u00e9rentes d\u00e9clinaisons en r\u00e2p\u00e9, rebibe, cubes, fl\u00fbtes croustillantes, etc..
C\u2019est \u00e9galement la rencontre de nombreuses sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s r\u00e9gionales, principalement du Pays-d\u2019Enhaut. Tisanes, fromages, saucissons, sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s p\u00e2tissi\u00e8res, il y en a pour tous les go\u00fbts.
